My teaching is grounded in foundational acting and movement practices, but guided by people first. I center consent-based learning environments that honor boundaries, encourage curiosity, and invite students to bring their full selves into the room.
I believe learning is a social act, one that’s richer when we challenge norms, decenter traditional hierarchies, and engage across cultures and lived experiences. My training in Black Acting Methods, theatrical intimacy, and mental health first aid shapes how I hold space, build trust, and empower students to take creative risks. Student-centered learning is always the goal, and collaboration is the work.
